Where are my items shipping from?

What are your wood wicks made from and are they treated?

Refund Policy?

They are made from only 100% Natural wood from Sappy Fruit Trees sustainably sourced in the USA. The wicks are created using a vegan, non-toxic proprietary adhesive with wood species not listed in the CITED appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. They are not treated.

Where is my package?

After your order has been placed, you can expect your candles and all other supplies to ship within 3-7 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. 

How do I request information for an event?

Send an email to Support@Positivenrgcandles.com providing the following details for your event:

  • Type of event (birthday, wedding/baby shower, anniversary, graduation, etc.)

  • Candle quantity

  • Event date

  • Theme/Colors

  • Name, number & email contact for confirmation of order

Positive NRG Candles are created out of love and positive energy in which provides an ambiance of peace and tranquility.  Our focus is to supply our customers with the same sentiments as we put forth into our candles.  In return, our hopes are that our customers recommend their experience with our candles and our company to friends and family. If any problems do arise, here are details of our Return Policies:

  • ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If an item received has been damaged in shipping - Please advise support@positivenrgcandles.com - so that we may address the situation

  • INCORRECT PRODUCT

If an item received is not as ordered - Please advise support@positivenrgcandles.com - so that we may address the situation

  • GENERAL RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be "unburned" and "unlit".

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number.

  • RETURN SHIPPING (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)

To return your product, you should send your product to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.

You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be advised by email when the Transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
